Hi guys can you help me out Hisense is only 3 years old and was fine this morning watching music channel then the screen went blank. we have the tv connected directly to power switch and then hdmi cable into blu ray and Foxtel? can you help me before children lose the $@$* lol kellie
Hi, What is the model number of the TV? Is the TV’s power light on or off? If it is off: Have you checked that the power outlet is working? Was there a storm or power outage just before the TV failed? If it is on: Is there still audio? Can you view the menu screens at all? If not then try a power reset and check f this resolves the problem. To do this, switch off the power and disconnect the TV’s power cord from the wall outlet. Press and hold the TV’s Power button for 30 seconds and then release the button. Reconnect the TV power cord to the wall outlet. Switch on the TV and check what happens.
