I am replacing the digitizer on my ipad 2. On the tutorials it states there are 4 different models. cdma, gsm, emc2415 and emc, 2560. are all of the digitizers the same for all of these models or does it have to be specific.
As far as I know, all iPad 2 digitizers are compatible with one another. I’ve never had to buy one by model number.

Not true! They have different type? Depending on what chip it has. If you have the A5 chip or the A5X chip make sure you know which one you have. A5 and A5X are completely different internal and are not compatible
They look exactly the same on the outside but totally different on the inside. That’s what emc are for buy the correct parts. Also if you have the A5 chip or the A5X chip those are completely different internal also.
