Chosen Solution
Hey! My phone needed an update so I powered down and it got stuck in a bootloop before I was able to update it. So I plugged into iTunes to update it, and tried to ‘update’ without restoring to see if that will help but alas, was still stuck on bootloop. I then resorted to a full restore, which then has failed again! My phone is still stuck on a bootloop. (?!) I made sure my mac was running on the latest (Catalina) software, everything looks and seems legit but- it hasn’t gotten my phone outta the loop. Not sure if there is anything I can do at this point on my own in lock-down London…Any help please?!!
What iTunes error are you getting?
