Chosen Solution
When you plug the device in you get a electrical humming noise, there is no response from the device. The number 1 green light turns on when connected to power, button press no other lights. there appears to be one “iffy” looking capacitor. However i am uncertain. Any ideas? =-= Edit =-= Image added. @wd286 capacitors are a common issue on that model. Post some good pictures with your question of the one you think might be an issue. Until we know those caps are okay everything else would just be a guess and would just confuse the issue. Adding images to an existing question
