Good Morning, i have the phone of my mother in law and it’s rebooting continously when in standby. as long as the display is on, you can use the phone normal, but after locking it device starts to reboot again and again. did someone have this before? btw: Chargng is a little bit slow, but i think it’s because of the reboots (more power needed).
@m0ddmylife What happens if you start the phone in safe mode? If still no good, here’s a link to the schematics which may help as it has Level 1, 2 & 3 repair instructions. I haven’t tried this link but have used the website before for other makes and models and they were OK.
Your smartphone might experience a reboot loop if its cache memory is full. To test for that possibility, you should empty your phone’s cache Regards, Will
