Chosen Solution
Hello. I got a Creative Nomad Jukebox (the original 6Gb blue) and in the pictures for the listing it shows that it was working (got it months ago and never had the time to bother with it). I pulled it out today and put batteries in it but it doesn’t work. All of the warranty stickers are intact. The top of the device does get warm a little while after being plugged in but nothing on the display. I do have firmware files that I could use to flash it. Any ideas on what the problem is? Random short to ground? Update (02/02/2021) I installed all of the drivers when I got it. I did try turning it on using the method you suggested though it did not work. I have tried flashing the firmware and it does go through but it still doesn’t boot. Also, I have this model. Not the Zen Ztra.
