the device is not turning on, the screen has went dark (off), and the blue led on the top is continuously fading into dark and light blue.

If the above reset fails to get the screen working odds are the OLED was damaged due to pressure. This is very common if the is pressure applied to the top right of the screen.

Hi Ijaz Press & hold the Volume down and Power keys on the device for 20 seconds
