I have removed and cleaned the tray, everything still on tray after wash.
Hi @andrewjames0928 , I can’t find the tech sheet for the washer (part # W10207732) but have found a link that shows how to get into the diagnostic mode for the washer. If you get an F30 error code, then it is a dispenser actuator switch problem. This link shows all the possible causes for a won’t dispense problem, that may also help. If the actual dispenser switch is the problem, search online for WPW10143586 to find suppliers that suit you best. Hopefully this is of some help.
