Hi @yvonnetaylor, What is the make and model number of the desktop or make and model number of the motherboard if a custom build? How many beeps are there? Usually error code beeps are in a pattern that is repeated after a small pause so count the number of beeps between each pause and see if the same number are repeated to the next pause. The number of beeps will point to what is wrong. If you work out the number of beeps search online for (insert make and model number of desktop or motherboard) (insert number of beeps e.g. 4 or 7) beep error code to see if there are any results.
