Hello, I received a DeLonghi coffee machine (used one), everything is working fine, makes coffee (soft ones, that is true) but when I press the hot water button the machine doesn’t give hot water on the water spout and as well the descale procedure doesn’t work. I opened the machine and I saw that one wire is disconnected from the behind of the machine and the same wire is connected near the water spout nozzle (details in photos). https://ibb.co/fYPzkk

The coulour of the cable is yellow/green, correct? Then it is the security grounding. Normally it does not matter if it is connected, but in case of a shortcut it would be good, perhaps lifesaving.
Hi, same thing happened to my ESAM 3500. It would make coffee, but even though it made a sound it couldn’t let out hot water, descale or froth milk. It would give an error: “Coffee grind too fine, adjust mill, insert water spout and press ok”. I simply passed a fine wire through the larger water spout hole and it became unblocked and worked and i descaled it right away.
Machine is grounding cofee upwards Then asks to refill beans. Any idea how to fix?
