Why do my Dell Latitude 6520 displays shutting down despite not being in shutting down or sleeping mode?
Hi, Just verifying that the lid switch setting is set to do nothing? If not alter it and then check if the problem still occurs. If it doesn’t then there may be a problem with the lid switch (or sensor) thinking that the lid is closed when it isn’t. Just trying to eliminate things.
