Hi @qwrtey , The backlights seem to be on full intensity so they seem to be working, but it should be a black screen with just the message showing which is the usual display with no signal input message. So maybe they’re on when they shouldn’t be on if you get what I mean Check if you can view the monitor’s OSD menus OK. Here’s what I think is the relevant troubleshooting section from the service manual, which may be a good place to start.
