my dell leptop model no D620 when i open laptop than automattecally off after three for time working normaly
this could be an overheating problem, have someone with an air compressor blow air both directions through the bottom and side vents, this is good to do at least 2 times a year. Don’t run your laptop on a towel or cloth or the bed as this cuts off the air flow, Run laptop only hard flat surface.
