Hi my dell sceen is black ,external monitor works ,when I try diagnostic pressing power button and letter D show all colours clear from blue ,red ,orange green but then stay black ,try different lcd cable and lcd still same
Shine your flashlight on the screen while on. Can you see an image?
I try to check the fuse but its ok ,yes I can see image on screen
