My dedicated video ram says 0 I don’t know why I have tried everything on YouTube but it’s still the same. Please help ***

You don’t say what the results are from running the HP Diagnostics. If no problem from diagnostics, I am curious, what performance or other issues are you having ? You mentioned “Brightness”. Have you tried “Change brightness for the built-in display”, one screen back from the “Advanced display settings” in the photo you posted? It also has the setting for “Night light”. Your system is just using “Shared RAM” from the system RAM - no dedicated video RAM. For example my HP Elitebook 8570P, with correct graphics driver, has: Total Available Graphics Memory: 4864 MB Dedicated Video Memory: 1024 MB System Video Memory: 0 MB Shared System Memory: 3840 MB So 1024 + 3840 = 4864 MB RAM With no settings in the BIOS to change it. Personally I would prefer NO dedicated VRAM as it is soldered in and system RAM is easy to replace. It is just how your system is configured by HP as @jayeff explains. Every manufacturer has their own unique way of setting systems up.

Well I will suggest you to update your graphics driver to the latest version, and install the latest OS updates.
