I replaced the battery and everything worked perfectly. 6 days later the phone is dead and charging has no effect. Phone is otherwise in perfect condition, and I followed the battery replacement instructions very carefully. Any suggestions?
Most likely you got a dud battery, factories generally do not test batteries before they are sent out. I would suggest to contact whomever you purchased your battery from.
