Chosen Solution

I actually have a Blue Life XL. About a month ago, data stopped working and I assumed it was a provider issue. Two calls to them led to the conclusion that it’s NOT them. All the rest of the family continue on with no data issue on their iPhones. T-Mobile offered little guidance as it is a non-network phone. Was working fine for several months until non-wifi data suddenly stopped working and I don’t know where to start in trying to fix it.

First check the APNs: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-20… If this is already configured, try a factory reset and configure the APNs again. NOTE: BACK UP YOUR DATA FIRST! I would also then try one of the SIM cards that you know works. If this has failed, there is something wrong with the phone and you should look into a repair or replacement.

This was a great help. I checked the settings and they seemed correct, so I went ahead and restored the factory settings and I’m good to go. I feel embarrassed that hadn’t tried that already. THANK YOU!
