Hi i have a monitor that has some black shadows is it from the backlight or is it moisture in between the monitor sheets i tried contacting the support but i will not qualify for a warranty repair.
You could try and open up the monitor and see if there is a loose or broken cable. But it def something with the back-light. Most monitors have LEDs around the parameter that act as a back light.
