Hi. I think may have yanked the cable because it seems my kraken keeps disconnecting. Its the usb version so the cable goes inside the left speaker. Any suitable repair guides for this? Much appreciated.
Did you fix the problem? I have the same problem. The chord keeps making the headset disconnect and I would have to sit in one position, sometimes it disconnects randomly too
