Chosen Solution
Partially damaged the flex cable on the digitizer circled in green. Screen still works, but occasionally would turn off if active edge gesture is squeezed. Would turn back on if unlocked. Fixable?
A tear in that spot would most likely not be fixable because it’s so close to the LCD. You’d be better off replacing the screen.
