Got my steam deck two weeks ago. I used it for about 15 hours at most. Didn’t drop it, didn’t get any water in it. And yesterday a problem occurred - dpad partially stopped working. The cross does not press the up button, or the up button is stuck and constantly pressed. I have not found a solution to this problem anywhere on the internet.
Hi, If you’ve had it from new, get it fixed under warranty. That’s what warranties are for. Do not be tempted to open the device to try and fix it yourself as doing this will void the warranty.
