My washer, will not complete a cycle and when I open the lid, there is no water but the clothes are wet still, as if it competed the drain cycle but not the spin. However when I go to the fault codes, this is what I get flashing (sensor, wash, done) all at the same time, which I think if reading right is a drain issue. But my thing is, the water drains fine and passes all tests when I do the auto test for the washer. any one got any ideas on what it could be
Hi @dazzle88 , Are you sure that the sensor LED operates on every blink of the LEDs? It isn’t sensor, wash, done, followed by done only, then sensor, wash, done again etc, as this would indicate an F9 E1 error code which is the only F9 code shown by the tech sheet for the washer? According to the tech sheet, the sensor LED should only operate on the odd numbered blinks i.e. 1st blink, 3rd blink, 5th blink etc (see chart on bottom right of p.3). The odd numbered blinks indicate the F error code The sensor LED needs to be off for the even numbered blinks i.e. 2nd blink, 4th blink, 6th blink etc. The even numbered blinks indicate the E error code The 3 LEDs you mentioned i.e. sensor, wash and done, indicate an F9 error code but there should be an E code following after this, then the F9 code again. The F code is on for 0.5 seconds, then no LEDs for 0.5 secs, followed by the E code for 0.5 seconds, then no LEDs for 1.0 sec, then the F code again etc. Have you tried a manual test mode (see p.4 and p.9) and see if you can find out what’s happening that way. Can you hear if the washer is spinning at all when it should?
