Chosen Solution
I picked up my Acura from dealer ship ..get on freeway and cruise control light is on but cruise control won’t engage. It actually seems like it’s is trying to engage it powers down. Of course Service Department was closed when I started to drive home.
It is most likely that it’s either an electrical connector is just unplugged or the relay is damaged
