Dear Friends, I need a help from you, I have LG FLATRON CRT TV 21" its coming more horizontal lines and some time picture is jumping, and sometime the video only appearing upper part only(off only). I had changed the vertical IC and some capacitors near that IC, But No use. the problem is same…. Please help me…….. (I am learning the electronics and i know some electronics works)
