Either your Memory Card is loose or it is going bad. Try reseating them in tightly first. If that doesn’t work then try swapping them and see if the error moves, if it does move to the other memory slot then the memory card in that slot is bad and needs replaced.

This is far from a fix or diagnosis, but I will suggest it as it has worked for me once in the past: Sometimes in MacBook RAM slots, the tolerances between the RAM slot contacts and the RAM card itself become altered by overuse, etc. Graphite is an electrically conductive element, and so drawing on the RAM slot with a graphite pencil can sometimes help to mitigate issues from intermittently working electrical connections between the RAM and the motherboard.
