Today the pedal control popped off the rear transaxle I looked for schematics and couldn’t find the right part for the clip that holds it together. Can anyone help me out it’s model number 917.20391.9. I attached photos of where the rod connects. One with the rod and one without. Thank you!

I took your advice and picked up a 5/16” E clip and 5/16 washer, and after 20 minutes of scraping my knuckles and pinching my hands, I got it on and it seems to be a good fit. I mowed for a couple of hours last night and had no issues. I hope you find the same thing!
