New JBL Flip 6 works perfectly with my MacBook Pro and Google TV device…HOWEVER it doesn’t work with iPhone 12. I’m getting a crackling sound coming from speaker. Ps: first time playing speaker was after JBL app update (so not sure if that’s what screwed up Bluetooth?) subsequently updated iOS to latest update, problem still persists. Ps: issue does not exist with my Flip 4

Switch off other devices using the same frequencyEnsure your JBL speaker is near your Bluetooth deviceEnsure your speakers are not damagedKeep your speaker in the preset mode for normal listeningEnsure your battery is not damaged and is fully chargedKeep your JBL Bluetooth speaker software updated
