I dropped my phone and I cracked the screen. Now I can’t answer or open the screen. I don’t want to lose my pictures and other important information that is on my phone. What can I do?
The part that is responsible for sensing touch is known as the digitizer. If touch is not responding on your phone but the phone displays a picture without issues then only the digitizer is at fault. You have the option of replacing the digitizer itself or replacing the whole display which is the digitizer/LCD. You should not lose any data by replacing the digitizer or full display assembly.
