Chosen Solution
A small amount of water was spilled on the keyboard/trackpad. It did pool briefly until it was wiped off. Since then, the cpu is around 270% and exhaust is 100%. Running diagnostics, I get the following codes: Reference Code: PFM006 & PPN001
I bought the screw driver set and removed the bottom cover, everything looks really clean. I tore it down completely and I don’t see any corrosion or water damage.
