the local service store told me that there are corrosion marks on the Top Case and near Trackpad and that it would cost me 570$ to fix it. He told me that my trackpad, keyboard and touch bar are not working. But when i turn on the laptop everything works fine except the keyboard. I have attached some pictures.
Looks like you defiantly had a liquid spill at some point. My guess is that it either came in from the side and those chips under the Shield are Top Case related or you had a spill on the keyboard and the corrosion in the pictures is just residual. To be fair to the ASP, $570 is a really good price. Seeing as the part is about $700 to buy yourself. https://www.powerbookmedic.com/MacBook-P… May very well be a Logic board based issue though. And even then, for that price. Its certainly worth it.
