I start to scroll and it wont move or it move around but not to where I want it. I’ve put in new batteries and have run a malware but it still freezes up
Download the connection utility and try to unpair, and pair it again. http://support.logitech.com/en_ca/softwa… Also make sure no interference is between the receiver and mouse. The signal may not be able to travel through aluminum and thick wood. If there is a cell phone in the area, there may be interference from the phone too.
