I am not aware of this filesystem[FAT32 will be the default] when I backed up my PC. So, now I want to convert FAT32 to NTFS without losing my data in my 1TB[500GB filled] Transcend had also provided a tool in doing this,but I am little bit worried that I may lose my data,here is the link of that tool Converting Tool by Transcend (in that click StoreJet FileSystem Converter Utility)which only works for Transcend Storejet device only. Can any one please,assure that I can do this without losing any data in my external HD.

you can convert your drive file system from FAT32 to NTFS without formatting or losing data. Just follow the below steps Insert your external drive into your pc and note the drive letter. If you don’t want to use a converter or are unsure about the reliability of them, I would suggest getting an external drive and backing your files up to it. Then you can reformat your other drive. Once the reformat is complete, simply copy your files back to it.
