Good Morning! I´ve got a controller which won´t charge and I don´t get why. The Controller is dead, no light nothing.I tried the reset and it won´t work either.I`ve tested a nother usb charging cable from a controller of the same model which I know is working but it hasn´t worked for this controller.I´ve took out the batterie and took one in that I know is working. So from my point I see that the cable and the batterie can´t be the problem. Any Idea what could be the problem? Many Thanks Thorsten Update (11.07.2020) With testing the USB loading cable I meant the usb port inside the controller. I basically took the bottom of a controller that is working, including the USB port and tested this controller with it but it is still without life sighn. So I changed the batteries, the usb port and the loading cable itself. Still no life sighn. I tested with different power sources like the ps4 or my pc.
This sounds like this is most likely a damaged micro-USB port on the controller. If you try gently wiggling the cable while it’s plugged into the controller, does it light up at all to indicate that it’s charging?
