Chosen Solution
So I’m trying to pair up a controller with a console, but it just keeps on flashing white and nothing happens, I tried reflowing the Bluetooth/WiFi chip but didn’t help. Tried different controllers but all behave the same.
BT / WiFi chip needs to be replaced to fix this problem. A reputable console repair shop can fix this for you.
