I have a series 500 washer (didn’t show as option) and the water inlet valve broke. Before we were aware of this, we plugged it in and ran a clean cycle and it put an inch or two of water on the floor and got the control board wet. Can this be saved?

@smielke2016 if it worked so far without any issues I suggest you remove it from the washer and clean it with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. It is okay to submerge the board to clean. The alcohol will help to dissipate the water. After you cleaned it left it air dry and then reinstall. That should eliminate all water and solid residues left behind by the water.
