Kitchen Aid model KDDO27TRX00 2 drawer refrigerator. Control panel is not working at all. There are no lights on the control board. The light is on in the drawer so thinking it has power. It cools when initially plugged in then it doesnt cool but I have no way of knowing what the temperatures are set at. Wondering if it is the control board?
Hi @gregsmith82 , Have checked the main appliance parts suppliers and all state that the control board is no longer available. Here’s a link to the part. You can try the suggestions offered when you click on the where can I get this part? link under the not available notice to the right of the part. I did find this supplier however by searching online using the OEM part number 2252184 only in the search box of an internet browser. You may find other suppliers that suit you better by searching the same way. Alternatively, a reputable professional electronics repair service may be able to diagnose and rectify the problem with your control board.
