Ill start from the beginning… One morning i had the no symbol icon when I went to turn on my iMac. Ran the Apple Diagnostics and the only error I got was a sensor error for the SSD from OWC. I sent them back the drive. I put in the original drive and worked fine and no more error. They sent me a replacement. While I had the iMac open i decided to go one step further and take out the logic board and clean the CPU (Applying some fresh arctic thermal paste) and heatsink and fans. All this I have done once before when I put the SSD in. Since i was there I decided to change the CMOS battery with a new one just because it was there and they are cheap. I put everything back together and im confident I have every cable secure in there. I tried to reset the PRAM /SMC but its still the constant fan on and blank screen. I am currently going to take it back apart and again very carefully go through everything step by step just to make sure… Any ideas? Thanks

You’ll need to contact OWC to get the updated firmware for your SSD.
