Chosen Solution
Well I read Many forums already about these xbox one s consoles and them shutting themselves down. All the while I cant seem to find the best answer if it isnt a broken power supply. Let me explain what exactly happens. I press the console power button to here the boot up beeps and the see the light turn on. The fan starts to spin, not loudly (pretty slow actually) . No video input comes into the tv, after several second the console is shut down with out the shutdown -chime. I’ve checked my battery supply and it is fine. Anyone have Anything else that can help me fix this fart box?
The what starts to spin? You left the word out. Have you opened it and checked that the fan on the processor heatsink is spinning?
I realised there was a display issue with the hdmi and tv hdmi port! Thank you Gabriel for helping me with possibilities. But I just switched hdmi cords and that did the trick!
For the Xbox I was troubleshooting, the fan doesn’t seem to spin on startup causing an overheating problem. I’d take the case off and plug in the power, turn it on and see if it’s the same thing for you.
