Tried reseting network and restoring in iTunes but will not allow me to do so
Hey Kristin, try restarting your modem and see if it helps.
Can you check the date in settings? I had the same problem before on phones and iPads, after disconnecting the battery, all of them jumped back to the default date (1970, XX, XX). After setting the date properly, i was able to use all the web stuffs.
does it do that with all networks? have you tried a restore? (power off device, hold home button and plug into computer at the same time till iTunes logo appears on ipad
