So my laptop won’t connect to my wifi at home but will connect to my university wifi and other wifis, however at home, all my other devices and family’s devices are connected to the home wifi with no issues… when I troubleshoot it, it says I need to plug in an ethernet cable but thats not really practical for me to sit next my router if I need to use it at home… Any help would be fantastic! Thanks in advance x

Go into your home router setup and make sure the IP address isn’t blocked, or that you haven’t exceeded the number of attached devices allowed. There may be fixed IPs assigned by the router that you’re laptop is conflicting with. Also check the type of security used, as the laptop may be trying to use a different version of (e.g.) WPA than the router is set to use with new attached devices.
