i reset my computer to give it to my wife as a clean pc, but after the reset the computer is stuck at the sign in screen and wont log in to the old user profile. I’ve tried resetting it again, nothing, any help or ideas on how to fix that or how i can completely wipe the computer would be great.
Hi Marc- what I would recommend as the “easiest fix” is to get a copy of the OS on disc\thumb drive and boot to that. Do a full fresh install as compared to repair. Hope this helps!If not, please add to your description the OS and model of the hardware (in case you need to get into the bios).
