Hi guys, I tried literally everything what I found on the internet but nothing is working for me… I updated the computer few days ago and from that point I have an issue. The computer is working but sometimes after 30 minutes, sometimes after four hours it just freezes, then there is black screen, then I have to restart it and then everything is normal until the same thing happens again. Any ideas please? I already tried to turn on the computer in safe mode, hold D while restarting it (no issues were found), click on first aid in disk utility, update it again and I cleaned old caches as well. Please help me. Andrea
if you start it in safe mode does it still restart? when was the last time you had it cleaned it could be overheating. on that note make sure its getting proper ventilation.
Hey! It’s so late to reply, but how did you fix it? I have the same problem, my laptop makes me crazy after his updating. I’m a student too, and I have a lot of tasks to do.
