Put in correct date and time but cannot get past this page. Cannot use computer.
Your CMOS Battery is dead. Look for a panel on the bottom of your laptop and open it. You should see a small silver round cell battery (around 1 inch diameter). You will have to replace that. they are relatively cheap and can be purchased from amazon and if you really cant wait you can go to a CVS and look for a CR2032 Battery. If you don’t see a panel or the battery is not located under it you will have to disassemble the laptop.
