Chosen Solution
Okay so I got a 6 with after damage. Did the usual, cleaned etc. found some burnt components and shorted caps. Removed the shorted caps. Still won’t turn on. Board looks fine but won’t charge either. Batt voltage is 1.49 every single time, it won’t charge the battery either. What should I try? There is no short on the battery terminals, the diode setting on my multimeter says 371. Is this normal? Tristar area

So you tested vcc main and it’s good correct? Could simply be damage to Tristar. I would look at your tristar if your lines are testing good. Also double check your caps under apu shield…two easily make contact with liquid and get damaged often and make sure your nand looks good as well as tests good. Definitely look at tristar first in my opinion.

Okay what i say you should do is go get a brand new charger not from a store or a gas station like from a phone store mostly from were ever you got the phone at but you put it on the charger and you put a fan in front of it put the fan on low and let the phone sit right there for like 1 hour or intill the battery come on
