Re checked all connections. Battery is DOA. Will not accept a charge. How do l get a replacement battery?

First to remember that battery is not only the whole thing that makes the phone to power on.So check the battery voltage.There is also the hardware damage or charging flex damage.if all done but still same might be the fault of u2 ic.
