Help!!!! My phone was perfectly fine. I didn’t drop it or anything. It had colored lines going across it and it wouldn’t even turn on. Now it’s on but there are small black lines going across it vertically.
trina nesbitt, sounds like a bad LCD. Use this guide iPhone 5c LCD and Digitizer Replacement to change it. Of course, right now I am just going by your description. You may want to consider posting a picture of what your screen looks like with your question.
My iPhone 5c screen has colored lines when I turn it on, only. I had this problem previously and reset my phone and it went back to normal, it’s not working this time. What do I do?
