Chosen Solution
The black ink prints fine but nothing for the colored one. I replaced brand new cartridge but no color comes out. When I checked the supply level, it says Genuine HP color ink and show full bars. Is the printer dying? New OS X won’t print in color? Anyone knows what the issue might be?
umm, what i think could of happened is either: you haven’t put the ink cartridge in properly or something is wrong with the cartridge
