Uploaded the video for your reference. The service engineer from LG said need to replace the display, but I’m still unsure if that’s the case. From the answers here, I believe replacing the led strips might fix this. Still, inputs from folks here with similar past experience with LG tv or any 4K tv with same issue will help. My tv is edge lit, just in case if that’s required for assistance. Also, I’m able to feel static always from the aluminum panel, but unsure if that could have been the cause of this issue. TV is 5 years old and ran for around 14000 hours in total.
