I have a paper jam in my dell e525w printer. The usual approach of opening the back flipping the 2 blue levers won’t work because the paper is crimped up accordian-style at the top of the printer just before it comes out. Can’t get to it from the front nor the back. Do I need to take the printer apart? Is there another way? Thanks
Hi @pcwhite6 , Did you try lifting the scanner unit to see if you can access the paper, you didn’t say? Here’s a link to the user manual for the printer. Scroll to p.284-286 to view the procedure. Here’s an image of the procedure from the manual
