I have a GE portable washing machine model number gnw128psmoww. It will power on but will not accept any input or start. The error code is CL which is not listed and there is no documented child lock, Help.

Hi @nicole1990 , I think that CL means Control Lock. The Control Lock is used before or during a cycle to prevent any selections from being made. To lock/unlock the washer controls, press and hold the Signal and Delay Wash buttons for 3 seconds.
